Hi,

I need some info. I'm helping my friend replace his cylinder head for a 97 accord Dx. 2.2L non-vtec, auto. What would i need to do or any special tip to do it easier. I have some machanical skills. Would you suggest getting new gaskets i.e. exhaust, intake and head gasket. Please let me know, have not idea where to start also what is the torque spec for the head studs. Thanks in advance.

 

There is too much to list but they should sell a head gasket set with everything you need. There is a link on a thread on this forum right now to honda tech info.
