There are four riveted in mounts that are molded with the plastic outer, for support and strength. The cheapies only have two holes and tend to move, with four it will be secure and is what is on all of the top end ones. Its a deal..since I paid $25 for it for a track car that was never completely built and sold off.

You flaked, its now being sold to eg6hatch.
