Default 00 B18C-R OBD2 Fuel Injection Problem

I turned my car on and all of the sudden i have an CEL, it read out to be 16 (Fuel Injection). So i've trouble shooted it by checking the clips, and injectors. Everything seemed fine. I also switched my ITR ones for 00 Si's and the CEL still came on. I've had ran out of ideas and i don't know what to do. Any suggestion?

Does the car start and run normally? Is the car stock? What kind of modifications have you done to the ECU/fuel system?

The fuel injection circuit will trip the CEL if the ECU reads inconsistant voltage return, cannot ground, or high resistance. Usually this is from bad/unsecured clips, or the injector block of your harness is loose (it is the dead-end part of your engine harness by the brake/clutch master cylinders).

Did you reset the ECU after switching the plugs and re-securing the clips?

the set up is a 00 B18C in a 00 EK, but still obd2. No mods other than intake, for now. When i do turn the car on it turns on normaly. It idle's perfect. Let's say if the CEL wasen't on the engine is in fine working condition.
I think is might be the injector block that your talking about, cauz i did a wire tuck and it's fed into the fenders and than might be the cause, since you mention it. I will double check that and see what will happen.

and Yes i reseted the ECU i disconnected and also the battery just for extra precation.

Thank you both for the 'lil help and i'll keep ya posted. i appreciate it!

so i checked out the end part of the harness and it seem fine. i had the car running and i mess around with and it didn't really react to anything. I say the car is running in fine working order. I don't hear miss fires or anything of that extent. But when i look at my cluster and see that engine line and pull the code out. It gets to me, i want to get rid of it but i don't what to do anymore. Other than to take it to a shop. I don't really want to do that cauz i don't trust people with my car....
