Default Up Grading the R
Well im planning on getting some BCspec 3 cams, and valve train, hondata,a port and polish, and a new head gasket. What else would be good to get for the set up. i have the jdm type R with i/h/e.

Remember that with the Rocket M22's, you HAVE to use their valve train with the cams. They sell it as a package and it even comes with a chip.

you don't HAVE too. You can always find people selling used ones as just the cams for around 400.
