im puttin my stage 1 clutch an lightened flywheel on my z6 tomorrow and i was wonderin what are the tq specs for tightening the flywheel down, i thought it was 80 but i wanna double check before i do it. and also what is the tq specs for the pressure plate..

I think the torque specs for the flywheel were somewhere between 76-80 and the pressure plate was something like 19.
