Default Question about H22A valvetrain

Is it ok to run crower stage II cams on a H22A with supertech uprated dual valvesprings and titanium retainers or do i have to get the crower springs/retainers to match? I already have the supertech stuff. Also, will using uprated dual valve springs with stock cams be ok or will it damage the cams?
