Default Pressing a bushing

The bolt in my rear lower control arm where the shock mounts busted off. No big deal right, wrong

No if you look at the pic the LCA bolts to #18. that bolt is seized too .
Now the shock itself doesn't need to be saved so I figured I would just bust off the nut on the other side.

Question is, does anyone know a ghetto way of pressing in a new bushing with the control arm still on the car? I fear that bolt #39 is also seized and I really don't need to buy a whole new rear suspension today. someone help me out here

Drilling it out didn't work and I don't think I wouldve wanted it to work anyway because the sleeve was turning inside of the rubber anyway . Yeah that bushing is toast.

But I have come up with an idea. From what I understand the ES lca bushings do not have a metal sleeve on the outside of them and they come in 2 pieces with a sleeve to put through the middle.

So I think I can cut the old outer sleeve out with my sawzall then pull the ES bushing in with a bolt, nut and two washers. That is if the bushing design is the way I think it is, can anyone confirm this?
