Who can do a steering rack guide adjustment??

Who can do a steering rack guide adjustment??
Is there anyone in the socal area that can do a steering rack guide adjustment for me and replace the rack end bushing? Acura dealer wants to charge me $100 just for the rack guide adjustment!!

100 aint bad at all to get it done right. i assume it includes fluids, hazardous waste tax, labor and parts. i can do it. but i wouldve charged the same.

My understanding is that the steering rack guide adjustment only involves a large 40 mm locknut and adjustment of the rack guide screw. It's the one described on this thread. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=569090
