Is there any good valve covers for a d16?

 

i like the fake mugen vavle cover...looks pretty nice...


or the painted red vavle cover



these are the only two i'd do...cleanest your see...

 

i painted mine bronze to match my wheels

 

Is there any where I can buy them. I really not that good at painting them.

just opt out and get wrinkle paint, sand it down, paint...whatever. you'll be a hardparker in no time!!

 

The only way to make any cover in a sohc engine bay is for it to be a gt28rs compressor cover on a topmount. THe fake-mugen one looks cleaner than stock though.

I also have a wrinkle paint blue one that i bought at a shop for $20. It's kinda cool. But i like my bronze one better. It doesn't take much to paint. Just make sure you cover the plug holes and oil fill hole and you should be good. I put some clear coat on mind to keep it from chipping in the future.

 

i actually like the fake mugen one...BUT i duno, somethign about the OEM wrinkle black still makes me feel fuzzy inside

 

the mugen one does look clean but imo its kinda ricey being that its not authentic but im a jdm jackass, I painted mine with black wrinkle paint from auto zone for $6 and it looks good enough for me and I'm pretty particular

 

I have a T4 top mount and nitrous for my single cam I will be putting pics up soon. So Wrinkle paint it is then. I can buy this stuff any where?
