I installed my new exhaust system Apex N1 and now when i take off on first gear i hear this rattle (only in first gear) any body ever had this problem am thinkin its a heat shield from when i put the new Catalyst on??

What he said and maybe your shift linkage might be rubbing with your exhaust

 

Where do you think the squeaking is coming from?

 

I hear it In the front but then again am in the car when i hear it.

 

Could be the piping itself rattling against the frame of your car.. Mine was doing that but when I replaced my clutch I went ahead and bent the metal wrapping above my exhaust back a bit... Now, never hear it anymore.

 

Check ur heatshield.. Thats wats rattling on mine.
