ok so i have posted a few times lately about my srs and well its still giving me problems. I put a new clock spring/cable reel in and well my steering wheel works again. My horn and cruise are working so i am praying that is all hooked up right. But i can't get the srs light to go off on my dash!! I used the mes port no luck won't even respond, i used the service connector to try and get it to flash a code and it only makes the cel come on. So i can't even read dtc's so i am royally pissed. I called my honda dealership and said it costs like 40 bux to reset it. Now they did tell me that i can have the light on and still pass inspection. I need to get it fixed since i am trying to sell my car!! Anyone ever have this happen!! The light won't go off no matter what i do. I have been following my helms and its just not working!! Help!!!

 

so again no one has any idea what is going on or how to goo about fixing it!!!! geez

so did you or did you not reset the light?

there's instruction on top in basic guide showing how to.

if the light comes back on(hard code) right after you reset it, something is wrong.

 

yes i tried to rest it and i tried to use the other port and nothing read my post! i tried it all using the helms no go any ideas from anyone

 

i just don't have a lot of money to spend on this and wanted some help thats what this site is for , no?
