whats oil should i use??

whats goin on h-t, i have jdm b16 full swap with about 55,000 miles, the tranny has the same mileage and i want to know what kind of trans oil i should use..?? thanx

thank you very much guys, i was thinking about using royal purple but ill stick with the honda oil...

Royal Purple is good but too expensive.
