The car's front end is straight, the corners lined up fine when I replaced them.

But now there is a 1/4" gap between each corner and the headlights. It totally ***** up the look of the front end for me.

This is on a sedan but I think all 90-91 use just the one screw to hold them in place.....is this due to cheap Ebay crap?

This pic angle doesn't really show what I mean but it's hideous from the other side

I'de like to know to.. When I got my crx the driver side headlight was already sunk in about 1 and a half inches behind the corner..then I got "aftermarket corners" and the gap is worse..I even tried using washers to push my headlight up further.. I think that's just cheaply made aftermarket crap for you..

MIne are worse than that. I hate the aftermarket crap. And since there are no stores close by I have to buy online and that makes it a pain to send stuff back.

I have slighty poor fitment of my aftermarket clears, but I believe the larger of the two problems is the headlights sinking into their brackets after about 16+ odd years of road use. Also, don't forget the possibility that your car may have been in a minor "unrecorded" fender-bender a few years back resulting in overall poor fitment.

After replacing my passenger's side headlight with a depot unit, everything seemed to line up much better than OEM. Well, that and my passengers side headlight was no longer as sunken in as before .

Aftermarket corners just suck for fitment, my car came with clears on it, I hate them, i manages to get them ti sit almost perfect, had to shave some onf the plastic off the back to get them into the slide clips and hold them where they are supposed to be

You don't put washers on your headlights! The headlights have an adjustment screw. You may need to have your headlights adjusted.

Mine line up like *** on my 90 Si, but I just repaired it from a front end accident, so it's no surprise. Honda makes shitty *** front turn signal mounts. My EGs don't line up either!

I have oem clear corners with zc headlights and they line up like ****. You can't really tell from far away but up close they look crappy. This is all oem stuff too, so don't sweat it.

oh yeah, by the way. the best way to get them to butt up against the headlights is to use shoe laces. drill a small hole in the mount area on the corner and lace a shoe lace through there. then tie it down and tighten them up against the head light. it will take some playing with to find where is best to tie down. and yes it sounds ghetto but it works and you can tuck the laces well enough that you would never know they were there.

Definitely notice a huge gap with aftermarket vs. OEM, always have no matter what brand.

bonestock91 you can clearly see that your headlight needs to be pushed across to the right..... try that maybe..

In Aus we have screwes on the side of the corner lights, help make them sit in a bit more but still sh*t fit

exactly!!! if it was in an accident and the fender got replaced, then it could be a bad/cheap aftermarket fender. but other than that, i've had both 90 n 91 w/aftermarket corners from different makers w/no problems.

Stockers fit worse then aftermarket in my case.

A bad design for fitment in my opinion.
