im really looking forward to purchasing one of these accords because i like them so much

 

just look at my sig for my car type.

the most i remember was 321 miles on a completely full tank...which is not bad really..very common in most cases..but there are known accords to get even futher than mine. and yes the CD accords are my favorite aswell...very very good built cars in my opinion..good lucki finding the right one for you.

oh and for city and highway:

interstate 495 from exit 73 to exit 27s (completely across Long Island (east to west)
* of course there and back cause long island is not 321 miles long...hehe...this trip was for the whole day...85% through highway

 

I have a 97 accord lx, I am not exactly sure how much I get. Lets see I went 453.6 miles after realy pushing it with the light on, and an extra 2 gallon tank in the trunk just incase. I did this so I could swap my fuel pump to a walbro 255 lph pump, and swap in the 415 cc injectors. Any who it has a 15 gallon tank. sjust about all city driveing other than maybe ten miles. Overall just about 30 city, but no clue on high way.

 

I do mostly highway driving and I just clocked 32mpg yesturday.

I also can get about 450 on a full tank, 1994 Accord LX, 239,000 miles; I have owned it since it had 74,000 miles on it. I just drove 370 miles highway, speeds of 65 and 70, and still have a quarter of a tank left. So 450-500 sounds about right. I averaged 36 mpg on the highway, but that is because I was running my AC a little, on it's lowest setting. I get between 38-40 mpg on the highway without the AC, and only 35 mpg with the AC on full blast. I get 29 mpg in town, which is 60% highway and 40% stop/go. Is it bone stock? Everything except the FULL SYTHETIC MOTOR OIL and the K&N oil filter. Ya'll should try a good synthetic motor oil, the fuel mileage will surprise you. The Accord does take advantage of the lower friction coefficient of sythetic; my girlfriends Ford Explorer does not. I also keep my air filter changed every year or two, change my tranny fluid every year.

25 city 34 highway

milage is at speed limits within city and air on when approperiate. HWY milage is at 80 mph with air on.
