i put a ls swap in my car out of an 89 hatch. drove the car for about 3 weeks, and i ended up breaking the passenger side axle. well i replaced it, and now i have a vibration when i accelerate. what could my problem be?? any info is greatly appreciated.

 

alignments off. or maybe u need to replace the drivers side axle

 

Well there has been problems with some auto parts stores axles being out of balance just take it back and tell them to give you another one

 

Bring the axle back and say it clicked out of the box. Alot of aftermarket driveshafts are not balanced.

If problem continues, check the drive side driveshaft and both wheels. Common cause of vibration issues.

i had the same problem, cept mine was driver sides. the problem was that the parts store gave the the wrong axle (have now clue which one they gave me) anywas the splines were about an inch to short and wouldnt go in all the way, but thanks to the lifetime warrenty i got it swapped out without a problem. i know the NASTY vibration, i took my car around the block and was like WTF!?!?
thats what happened to me, you sure you have the axel ALL the way in? all the bolts back together? just go threw again and double check.
