For the cam cap/holder bolts...
12mm: 20 ft/lbs
10mm: 7.8 ft/lbs
(13)(09)(5)(1)(3)(7)(11)
(14)(10)(6)(2)(4)(8)(12) Intake Cam side
(13)(09)(5)(1)(3)(7)(11)
(14)(10)(6)(2)(4)(8)(12) Exhaust Cam side
For the Cylinder head...
22ft/lbs then 63ft/lbs
8, 4, 2, 6, 10 <---intake order
7, 3, 1, 5, 9 <---exhaust order

The Torque is right, and the order is right. Only thing is what i do to start my caps is i make 1 on the intake and 2 on the exhaust go down first (not torqued just down) then intake 7, exhaust 8, intake 9 then exhaust 10. After that then i torque in the order you mentioned. This way it allows the caps dowel pins to seat flush across the head.
