Default 11:1 to 11:7 compression worth it?

I'm trying to get lil more power out of my jdm b18cR. I'm currently at 202whp, would taking out the middle layer of an oem headgasket be worth the .6 in compression increase? I'm trying to get atleast 210whp+. thanks

c-speed compression calculator estimates 11.7 with a 1 layer headgasket. Does anybody think its worth installing a 1 layer headgasket to increase hP?

But if you remove the middle layer, you have a 2 layer HG..Youre not gonna make anymore power just from raising the compression ratio. It'll have to be tuned again. And what cams are you using?
