Which Tein Springs are better S-tech or H-tech i want to drop the car like an 1nch?

h tech is 1.2 inch stech is 1.6 inch h tech is less agressive and stech is more agressive... what u putting springs on?

look up spring rates, lowering amount, etc on teins website. then...search to see what you want performance or show...
