since you have 15k i would just get a new one. it only costs liek 10-13 dollars (i think). it also says that you should replace the bolts too, but i dont think you need to with that low milage.

Try the Mr. Gasket copper ex. manifold gaskets, its like 5-10 dollars more than stock and you can re use it with copper spray.

What and how does the copper spray work? Is that some kind of spray you spray on the gasket each time you take off the header so you can reuse it?

I know for sure bolts do not need to be replaced. They are to hold things in place and not to prevent air from leaking out. Unless it's all rusted out then you don't need to.
