Say I have all parts for an H22 shortblock(crank, rods, pistions, oil pump, water pump,oil squirters, etc) could I use the H23A1 crank case(with oil plug removed from deck) to build a new H22?

Hope that came out clearly enough.

Based on the block specs found in the FAQ, the answer would be yes, just want to confirm.
