Hey, my master clyinder was going bad, so i swaped it out. now i cant shift gears while the car is on, it shift fine when the car is off. I bled the system and adjusted the clutch pedal
The slave clynder isnt also pushing the shaft far enough.

please give me your opinions, they ill be greatly appreciated

Readjust the master cyl...make sure that it isn't pushing in too far. Try pushing the clutch in 1/2 to 3/4 of the way while the car is running, if it shifts it's pushing in too far. Just find the happy medium.
