Default clutch problems. NEED HELP ASAP***

Hey, my master clyinder was going bad, so i swaped it out. now i cant shift gears while the car is on, it shift fine when the car is off. I bled the system and adjusted the clutch pedal

The slave clynder isnt also pushing the shaft far enough.

please give me your opinions, they ill be greatly appreciated

You didn't bleed it right.

I have bled my slave cylinder by myself. Its not easy, but just remember to only close the bleeder screw when the pedal is to the floor, to ensure all air is out.
