oil light problem?

hey guys my oil light just turn on today so i added some oil and still nothing the light stayed on and it doesnt want to go away it has oil the weird thing is when i accelarate the oil light stars blinking what can i do let me know what you guys think it is maybe a sensor? thanks in advance

you want to go junk yard or dealer, they doesn't usually fail that easily.
in most case the car get junked before they fail.
test it with a multi-meter first and see if you are getting consist ready

I were you the first thing i'd do is stop driving that car, 2nd connnect an oil
pressure gauge to your oil pressure switch to register for oil pressure, if you ain't got no PSI most likely your oil pump is bad.

dido... check the pressure, and there isnt really a way to check that switch on your own, honda can do it, but it will cost you. You can check to make sure there is power to it with a volt meter, but that is about it!
