dohc zc bar certified in cali
might be some helpful info in this link to bar a dohc zc for us in cali. if this has been covered before please delete. anybody wanting info in being able to bar your dohc zc swap in cali hit up this link for some info might be a loop whole.

basically, heres the short list.

You have a 89 or 88 CRX.
You have all the smog equipment on the vehicle. Stock air intake is not needed, as long as it has a c.a.r.b sticker on it., and is 50 state legal.
The intake manifold meets or is the equivelent of a USDM integra. If its JDM, it has to meet the same criteria or has to be mapped the same way.
Headers may work he says, But check with the retailer. There has to be a c.a.r.b. label on it, and its motor specific.
