I'm not qite sure of what you are asking exactly. but i believe that every swap is required to be bar'ed.

So no matter if its the same exact engine with the same engine name for an example my cars original motor is D16z6,i would still have to bar it?

well bump cause I don't know the answer to that.

If I recall correctly, I've talked to the smog ref a couple of times regarding this and he had specifically told me that the ZC is considered a straight up equivalent of the US motor (SOHC ZC VTEC=D16Z6, SOHC NONVTEC=D16A6). He said as long as you don't alter anything else, you can bring it to a Smog station without having a BAR label. He also stated very clearly that if I had any problems at any smog station to tell them to look in their handy book of replacement motors and it'll have the ZC listed. I did exactly that, brought my car to a regular smog station and when the smog tech saw my motor he promptly refused to smog my car. I told him I had spoke directly with the referee to try and obtain a BAR label but was informed that it's not necessary because it's considered a direct replacement motor and proceeded to tell him to look it up in whatever book. Sure enough he found the ZC listed and smogged my car...I heard him mumble to himself "I don't see a dual cam ZC listed" while he was scratching his head. LOL I had a DOHC ZC but he smogged it anyway.
If you want the bottom line, go directly to the source and ask your local smog tech or better yet, smog ref.

I got the motor in today but there was an extra hole where coolant comes out of but i ghetto plugged it. My D16z6 only has two tubes to connect but the ZC motor has three holes. Can anyone tell me wat it is? Nothing is commin out so far. I encountered another problem, the water pump is leaking so probably gotta replace that tomorrow.

I got another question...after the swap..my v-tech doesn't engage anymore. Any reasons where?? My speedo is not working also but just the MPH one. There is an extra bundle of wires that doesn't plug into anything commin from the motor. My civic only has two bundles of wires to connect. It's located on the drivers side of the engine bay. Could this be there reason where v-tech is not working??
