Probably aftermarket, but if it's legit I think that style is a fairly rare JDM bumper. I've seen it once before and that's what the guy told me. I really have no idea for sure, but that's all I've heard.

yeah its actually my car. the corner of it is buggered up from a hit and run yesterday. i need to know what rear bumper it is before i take it to autopac...

might even try fixing it myself ....

happened yesterday at futureshop on regent. i ******* knew i shoulda parked further where nowhere was parked. im surprised no one even saw and left a note or anything. let me know if u think its fixable. im waiting for my dads friend to show up (he does body work for my dad) and see what he says. my deductible is $200 and i doubt I can find another bumper like this.

I belive it's a replica of the mugen bumper for the civic hatches. Everyone always thinks that the WW was, but I belive the civic hatch kit was different.

Just buy a fibre glass kit and fix it, wont be hard ... just will take some time with sanding

If you want to make it really easy to fix - cut the breaks so you have like a little gap inbetween them and no bits of fibre glass everywhere, fibre glass the back of the bumper over the breaks and use filler on the front, all you have to do then is sand the filler on the front, I did that once and it lasted.

And it is not a stock bumper, it is after-market.
