Default EG power folding mirrors help

Hi, im new to honda-tech, and i tried searching for something about power folding mirros. i bought a set of mirrors off of ebay with the switch and relay for like 120 shipped ( good deal i think). I have no idea how to wire them up. my friend said i could find a wiring diagram on this forum. so i was wondering if any one knew where i could find one. please point me in the right direction.

also...im looking for a parking pole for an eg as well. i need everything switch, relay and the unit. i found a few for an EK. one shop told me ek and eg were the same unit. anyone know if thats true? thanks

Nick

u can find good 12 volt ignition switched power on the fuse box under the dash. i think its the 3rd or 4th tab over at the top, use a multimeter to be sure tho

I used the one in the middle. It only gives power when the ignition is on.

Good deal, I got mine for like 90something. I just used the same 12 volt wire going into the switch that the mirror adjustment uses.

I left the mirrors as it were. Didn't want to risk breaking the glass. I really don't have much of a problem since I had Spoon-style mirrors before and I've gotten used to them.

Wow, I made that diagram over 3 years ago, it makes me happy people are still using it.

I'm curious though, where are you guys finding my Honda mod page from? Is my page in a database or website of some sort?
