Default DIY: Citylights on 94-00 USDM Integra Headlights

I've been pm' alot about how I did my city lights on my USDM integra headlights on a 94-00 model. So I decided to share my ideas to my fellow honda-tech members with 94-00 Integra with USDM headlights.

Materials:
~194A Stanley Sockets prt#34304-SH3-AO1
~Female Connectors
~Electrical Tape
~Crimps for wires
~194A bulbs (yellow, amber, clear, doesnt matter what color all up to you)
~10mm socket
~Phillip Screw driver
~Electric drill
~Drillmill sander size of the circumfrence of socket
~Masking Tape
~Metal Nibbler
~14G Wires
~Butterfly connectors

Instructions:

~Step 1: First take out the two screws on the corner of the bumper connected to the bumper and take the top screws on the metal plate on top of the bumper.
~Step 2: remove the 2 10mm bolts on the bottom of the bumper and top of bumper on radiator support.
~Step 3: Take a phillip screw driver and remove the screws on the signal corners and remove lights, then take 10mm socket and remove the 4 bolts holding down the head light.
~Step 4: Clean headlight and take a masking tape and place on bottom of the highbeam light housing and mark 1-1/2 inch to mark the whole.
~Step 5: Take a 1/8 drill bit and drill straight through highbeam headlight housing.
~Step 6: Trace the 194 socket on the tape make sure its in the middle of the hole you made with the drill.
~Step 7: Drill inside the traced circle and make sure you drill to the chrome housing as well, be very careful.
~Step 8: Now once you have made that hole, take a drillmill and drill through to make a smooth looking hole for the socket.
~Step 9: On the socket, there are three pieces around it to fit like a key, you are going to take a metal nibbler and cut 3 spaces for the socket to fit in correctly.
~Step 10: Make sure the socket fits if not sand it down with the drillmill.
~Step 11: Take two female connectors and crimp the wires on them.
~Step 12: Locate the 1157 socket, there is a red and black connection, take two butterly connectors and connect one wire to the red connection and clamp it with the butterfly connector and clamp the other butterfly connector with the other wire onto the black wire. Some like to connect it to a toggle switch but its up to you.
~Step 13: Put everything back together and make sure everything is working perfectly.
~Step 14: Wait till the sun is down and enjoy!

GOOD LUCK!

Heres how it looks like completed

Hope you guys like it

You can pick up a the sockets at your Local Honda Acura, part # is on there next to it, just simply ask the parts department for that part!
