nuckle and suspension problems.
So, after hitting a huge cement block, turning my VOLK into a piece of cheese, and waiting around for a month until it was fixed, I now have a few problems. My steering wheel points toward the passenger side tire.
Wheel works says I need....
hub bearing assembly
passenger side spindle (knuckle)
lower control arm
and a halfshaft (driver side CV joint)
they estimated it at 1k for parts and labor, which is bullshit since I can steal a complete knuckle off a junkyard DA for $120. Then again, a CV is around a 100+.
What my problem is, considering that I hit the cement straight on, do I really need a new CV joint for the side OPPOSITE the accident?

If only one wheel is knocked out of alignment, you only need 1 LCA+ good alignment. If you are unsure about this estimate, take it to a couple local shops, not chains, and get some other estimates.
