Default spring question

are the springs different on a 88 crx si suspension than a 89-91.
and if so is there anyway to make them fit.

i have si stocks on my 91 HF 91 si shocks

well used to now iam running tein adjustables

evilricer, just go to http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com and compare part numbers from different years. Should take you 5 minutes...

you can check if the part numbers are different. it wouldnt surprise me if they are. honda does minor tweaks to tuning to stock suspension between years that necessitates a different part number.

but theyre basically interchangeable. shouldnt be considered different and wouldnt limit aftermarket interchangeability.

now shocks, thats a different story.

one more question are kyb gr-2 struts good to lower on because i bought tien s. tech springs and i want to know if they are ok to put on my crx which has brand new gr2 struts?

gr2s are basically stock replacements. Better than the old stock shocks but not really built for lowering.
