Default is it safe?

ok im about to get some springs for my eg hatch,lookin to drop it about 2-2.5 inches,my question is can you just drop it with lowering springs or should i replace other stock parts with aftermarket ones?like new shocks/struts? any info will help thanx

Putting those springs on your stock shocks will make your car a little bouncy. It's ok if you cut your bumpstops enough to allow enough travel and if you know how to drive it right.

if you don't blowing up your OEM shocks and bouncing around, go for it.

otherwise look into the 3 main performance shocks: koni yellow, toki illumina, kyb agx.
