Default Brake Issue.

I'm going to assume my Master cylinder is leaking from somewhere because its not visible, and when I'm braking my foot is slowly inching to the floor but it never touchs. My brake fluid is pretty dark kinda like a light black definately not clear. But something wierd I can't identify... when I step on the brake I can hear like a creek noise like I'm streching a metal wire that going to break.

DOes anybody know what that sound is? Could it be the brake lines or something?

If your master cylinder is leaking, you can check on the firewall around the brake booster- if the cup seal is bad, you'll probably see where fluid is/was leaking down the firewall and onto the subframe, probably messing up a bit of the paint in the process...

^ I dont see that anywhere. No visible leaking, its annoying as hell now. It makes a sound like I'm streaching a metal thin cord to stop. Should I just replace the MS or put some new fluid in there?
