is it usually hot out when it doesn't start? if so it's most likely your main relay.
its after it has been driven for a while, i drive my si and then try and start it and nothing. i have put a new distributor & ex. coil. i noticed that after driving it for a while the fan comes on and cools it, then i believe it acts up. i bought a $130 fuel pump, a relay costs $70. what do ya think?? Also i see that u are running an aem ems, i just installed my not so "bolt-on" turbo kit, how did u figure-out how to use all that stuff on the ems?
try reaching up under the dash and smacking the main relay hard with a screwdriver or something when it's not starting. if it starts after that it's the main relay for sure. I've heard of people re-soldering the relay and fixing it themselves. I tried to do that myself but couldn't find the defective solder so I just bought a new one.
How did I learn the EMS? Very slowly, with lots of reading and just playing around. It's quite complex but not bad once you learn it. read up on the AEM forums and just start messing with the software.
LOL @ "bolt on turbo kit" - there's really no such thing!

I agree with notoriousB, if it usually happens when it's hot out then it sounds like the main relay. Take a look at the Accord FAQ for the links on how to locate and fix the main relay.
If you turn the key on, and then go back and forth between on and off QUICKLY about 8 times, then leave it on the last time, it should start up. Sometimes you need to do it a couple times to "free" the relay.
This happens on my Accord often, this method always gets me going again.

PURE LAZINESS LOL!
I'm usually fixing something else to be honest, a bolt that came loose, or a hose. Since then I've blew a hole in the rad, smoked the clutch, etc.. Been busy just getting it to run. PLUS, if I drive it everyday it works fine, if I let it sit a few days it'll happen.
