Default IM gasket?

Does it really reduce heat soak into the IM and give gains? Worth the money?

Does it work? I little, yes. Assume 1-3hp on a good day.

Worth it? Not really. That money could be going towards a better power gain. Plus installation is a bitch.

It does? well....OK then.

Labor is a pain in the *** on intake manifolds. Just FYI.

Plastic gaskets are definitely worth it. They're reuseable and they don't fuse to the head like paper ones do.

yes, just the fact that it is reuseable is worth it. Everyone always says that the IM is a pain in the ***. Am I the only one who can remove theirs in less than an hour?
