Removing intake mani gasket CLEANLY ???
OK, i'm going to have to pull the IM off my next motor..
now I do NOT want to have to go through scraping that gasket again!!!
it makes such a mess, takes for ever, and is kinda scary(dont wana scratch the surface). Plus the gasket remover spray leaves wierd residue allover everything...
So is there anything I can do to keep that gasket from leaving half of itself on
the head?? Like heating it up.. or cooling it down.. or SOMETHING !?!

acid lol, it's probably going to break and adhere to the head no matter what you do... at least thats has been my experiences, better get ready for scraping

Gasket remover 
I used it and it works great, dont know about the wierd residue

gasket scrapperTo help prevent it sticking next time, you can coat the gasket just around the intake ports with white lythium grease.

oh i've got a insulating gasket(forget the brand but same thing as hondata)
but im going to need to swap my jrsc onto my next motor..

you gotta becareful when using regular sanding pads on that, the aluniminm is easy to **** up.
what i suggest you do is use a sharp razor and scrape it, if your careful you wont scratch the surface at all
