Just went to the dealer to get a new TB and I still have my jaw dragging the ground. $484.50 holy sheep dip. I did ask if that was the gold plated one too.

So the Q is... Is there any other options that come highly recommended. I did see the skunk2 IM and TB for 505.00 on ebay.

and has anyone got them rebuilt and got good results. Or has one in good shape

88 CRX Si w/ D16a6 almost stock w/cai and header.

Has anyone done the tapered TB also, results??? or any other suggestions???

I got a throttle body from Autozone, and it works. They got it used (not remaned) through EverDrive. I'm not impressed or dissapointed. it works. I think it was around 70 bucks.

whats the problem with yours? why does it need help?

 

Throttle is sticking and the TPS has a small flat spot.
I have cleaned it and cleaned it reoiled it and all. Even with that I get about 3 days til it starts sticking again. The shaft has play too.

I am just tired of cleaning it again and again.
Yes I repl'ed the cable and repl'ed the pedal bushings too.

It has 214,000 mi on it, I think it's tired.

 

i got an extra one off a b16 if u want it for 20 bux...nothing wrong with it...the clip of the tps is broken but you can rock your old one or tape it on
