ok...heres the deal...yesterday i finally put on the pigtail changing it to a OBD1 from a OBD 2...using a chip P06....with intake header and mani....the problem is that when i rev to 3200 its like bogging and lag when you punch it....cant even feel like its pickin up.....but when it hit 7200 RPM....it pulls like a LS-V.....wtf??? need SOHC expert or anything will do....thanks

 

try a different ECU and if not that a new distributor

 

will a 94 distributor work on a 96??....

it wont work.. it will bogg if you do that trust me it dont fit right

What does a stock D16Z6 rev to?

What motor are you running?

 

could be the wrong harness. was it obd2a or b?? depending on what company you ordered from the obd2a to obd1 is different from the obd2b to obd1 harness so you might wanna follow up on that.
