Headlights really dull. relay them maybe?

Headlights really dull. relay them maybe?
I got a 97 LS, my headlights have always been a little dull compared to others, I replaced all the bulbs with sylvania Silverstar bulbs. and they are still not that bright should I relay them?

check the ground wire to your bulbs. Also check the conditions of the harness. Also make sure there is no corrosion or loose connection at the fuse.
