I have a low mile F23 block and head for sale (~4k miles? It can be carfaxed off the VIN I think). This is a SOHC head on an iron sleeve 86mm bore by 97mm stroke block. This 97mm stroke is the basis for some of the frankenstein head swap hybrids for preludes/accords and swapped civics. This is similar to the LS/VTEC hybrids. Here is one example:
