Default Type - R ECU chipped?

I believe this is a OBD2a Type-R USDM ecu (correct me if I'm wrong)

Can anyone tell me if it is chipped? or a virgin?
Some screws were off it when I got it, but it looks stock inside, anyone know?

Thanks

correct! Only comptech, spoon, mugen, buddy club, etc have chipped obd2 ecu's for their race cars. Its VERY expensive to do so or to even buy one. Your ecu is stock though
