Default [92-95 civic HB]: cd player & a/c blower not working

i took apart my dash: removed my alpine deck and climate control to replace the lever on the climate control. I put everything back and before i left the garage i made sure to test cd player.

the cd player was working fine before i left the garage but when i came back a couple of hours later, the cd player wouldn't turn on and when i put the a/c lever to 1, 2, 3, or 4, nothing happened; no air was blowing. i checked to see if the fuse(s) blew out but it was still okay. all the wire harnesses are properly connected as well.

any ideas??

check your wires,
check your fuses once again
make sure your climate control lever is put on right, screwed on right too
check your stero fuse

good luck

did u crush the wires in a bend when u put the **** back in there? If they're in too tight of a bend they can snap and 'cause problems...but it doesn't sound like that b/c it seems they both went at the same time...I'm with blueintegraboy, check the engine bay fuse(s?)
