ok so my car wotn turn over.. at all
all accesories will turn on and my head lights turn on and dont dim
when i push the clutch in and turn the key alls it does is turn accesories on and makes no noise like its even attempting to turn over
i can pop the clutch and it will start
so i replaced the starter
and its doing the same thing
so were do i go from here?

uhh... did you guys not see that he can turn the headlights on and they're not dim. it's not his battery. can you hear your fuel pump priming. it could possibly be your man relay.
yeah it could your battery can have enuff voltage to let radios and headlights work properly but not enuff to start the vehicle considering that a starter takes more volts to run than head lights why do you think if you try starting your car you can try like 6-8 times before the battery is dead rather than leaving your lights on for 3 hours
Clutch safety switch?
I had the same problem the other night, car wouldnt turn over, me music, lights, subs etc all worked, had some1 push me and i jump started it, drove home no problem.
