Default D-series PM3-17 head question

Alright so i bought an engine from a local supplier and was told it was a d15b2, i forgot to check when i picked it up, seeing as ive never had a problem from them before.

Well the block says d15b, and the head says pm3-17. I know the usdm d15b's came out of the std, but the ones ive seen have had different heads.

The reason why this question aroused was because on the back of the head near the dizzy there is a cover covering an opening, when ive only ever seen it blocked off by casting.

Any help would be nice, im returning the engine anyways, because i can get another b2 in better condition.

This would match my information.

"Fuel Control : Twin carburetor PGM-CARB/fuel injected"

I'd assume the plate is exactly as you say.
