hey all - quick one.

I have ITR brakes (calipers + new 4 stud rotors) and would liek to know if anyone has fitted the 99 Si rims to this setup. Will it fit on the current offset and caliper clearance ?

i'm not too sure...i think they could maybe fit...i'm not 100%...i do know that the 99-00 em1's come with the same front end brakes as the DC2's but on the ITR...i'm not too sure...bump....

Yes it should since stock ITR rims are 15" like the Si's. Plus the offset will be in your favor.
