Default Safe mode solid code tried new ecus HELP ME PLEASE

I have a 92 hatch w/ a p28 ecu chipped and tuned with chrome. My car would cut out when i hit large bumps and sometimes completely shut off throwing a solid code. Finally the car gave up and shut off... i thorw a solid code now but tried new chips, ecus, dizzys, changed my ignightor, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and was wondering if it could be my resistor box. The plugs come out black and the car is idling like poop and seems like its missing when i try to rev it up. It wont go past 3800 rpms. Im dazed and confused and need some help what could my problem be. Thanks - Mitch

I really cant tell you what to do without a visual, but id say you need to pull some ignition timing out of it
