Default Anyone Know where to get a cheap Headrest Camera Mount?

Does anyone know where to get a cheap headrest camera mount? Looking to spend no more than $25 on one. Some I have seen are a little more than I would like to pay:

This one has it for about $45

This one is $100+

This shows you how to build it yourself...might have to resort to this

The build it yourself one costs $35.... according to the site. I would probably go with the $45 unless you have experience cutting and drilling holes in aluminum

I spent $20 on 3/4" x 6 foot box aluminum at Lowes... That's enough to make 3 mounts...

The link on the site for the camera mount is dead, but I found it on the B&H camera site elsewhere for $10. Misc nuts & bolts at Wal*Mart for like $5.

The only other thing you'll need to get is the plastic end caps for the box aluminum. It'll work without them, but it just makes it look nice. The company on the site has changed names, and they are now NW Caster (http://www.nwcaster.com). I used the "contact us" link on their site, and was able to order end caps for 48 cents each plus shipping. I ordered 12 and it came to like $9 shipped. Copied from the email from them: THE END CAPS IN STOCK TO FIT 3/4"OD SQ
16-20 GAUGE TUBING.YOUR COST IS .48 NET EACH
PART #1179-U-2 COLOR IS BLACK

Here's the link to the camera mount head:

These guys (B&H Camera) ROCKED.. ULTRA fast shipping, and this was the only time I can recall that an online retailer was cheaper than eBay... They were $5 cheaper on the mount than the cheapest seller on eBay... That NEVER happens...
