using non abs hub on abs car, will I get a CEL?

using non abs hub on abs car, will I get a CEL?
like the title asks. My rear hub went bad and honda isnt gonna warranty it cause I did the install. All I can find right now online and at local junkyards is a non-abs hub. Will it fit and will I throw a cel? THX
