whats up all i got a 96 civic DX with a 00 GSR swap done, im runnin it off a chipped p06 OBD1 ecu, i got no check engine light on but i herd if i took it to inpsection im gunna fail, doean anyone know what i can do to pass, or anywere i can take it ? Thanks

 

are you OBDI or II?

 

Yeah ur going to run into problems...since ur 96+ year wise it's going to require an ODB-II systems scan....and that'll be kinda hard w/ an ODB-I ECU, you have 2 choices, you can put the 00 GSR ECU in there and run/pass it...or you can pay a mechanic extra to make sure it passes the CEL/emissions test...just know who ur throwing some extra money b/c it's illegal
