called the dude and he said they want $3000 for it but someone busted out the windshield and it needs a fuel punp so now ima talk them down alot
it is really clean and only minor rust

yeah $2500 if it drives nice. No grinds or anything. listen for a loud tranny. Anything that sounds like a reverse bearing. Also listen for the inputshaft bearing and the throwout bearing too

 

I agree, 1500 max. Is that a CX or a VX? I got my DX for 2000 completely stock almost perfect condition, w/ 14" si rims on it

How do you figure $500-$600 for windshield?
I got a quote for one a little while ago and it was less than $200 (installed of course)

 

I wish I had a glass shop like that

Actually, it wasn't a glass shop cus they rape you (they go after your insurance)

This was a 1 800 number that you call and a guy comes to your house in his van and puts in your brand new windshield.

Even though I did find a shop that only charged me about $200 to put a new one on my old CRX.

I believe they are 2000 Civic SI seats...kind of hard to tell from the pics but I'm almost positive. Try to talk them down a bit

WELL... recently had my windshield replaced on my hatch. $130 for them to come to my house and replace it. I was calling other glass shops nearby and were asking from $150 to $250 installed so I wouldn't pay more than that... look around first.

3000 is way outta line, I got my 96 cx stock almost mint condition for 2800 from a man named paco. Especially with the work that thing needs its going to be a pretty penny id offer like 1500 tops and be like thats all your getting...Ill post a few pics of my civic i just bought so you can get an idea of what i got for my money than you can choose if its worth it.

 

I just got a completley mint(no rust, one owner) 93 Si hatch for $3000, you need to talk that guy down A LOT...

Wow, lets jus say i i coulda gottten almost 5 si's with wat u payed. well if there were 5 si's at that price for what i payed for mine. one onwer and u know it wasnt driven hard cuz it was some older white lady!! lol hahaha

so you got your si for $600? must be a POS (or you're a liar)
