Parking Brake Adjustement - How To EASY way 94 - 96
1. Remove Cup Holder
2. Remove backseat ashtray
3. Put 12mm socket over adjusting nut by hand via cupholder hole
4. Slide approximately 12" extension through ashtray hole into 12mm socket
5. Release parking brake
6. Adjust clockwise to tighten
This is my first post where I'm not asking what to do. Please don't flame, just wanted to share as the Helms manual says you have to take off the center console. Sorry I don't have pictures.

Yes it was adjusted because I live live somewhere with a lot of hills now and I just changed my brakes. Woo for AEM brake pads, set number two.
Actually, in the rear hubs, there is an automatic adjustment for the rear brakes, and when you replace the rear pads, your supposed to back that out to its original position, so the automatic adjustment still works as the pads wear down. If you didn't do this, eventually your rear pads will be doing nothing again, even though there is plenty of pad left.
